Thanks to the sims team as of november 2017 we have 4 brand new roof types in the sims 4.

Sims 4 roof patterns build mode materials that fall under the sims 4 roof patterns category. When applying new patterns by placing individual sections it wants to automatically apply the pattern to the whole wall including both sides. They are all standalone recolors. Default view is set at 25 items page recommended not to choose more than 100 items page.

Having some issues changing wall patterns on an interior roof wall. Shake it up weathered wood shingles fairly weathered farm shingles and the country carriage house roof. They each come in my darker palette since in the past when trying to recolor roofs i found that they can get blown out pretty easily so i went with my darkest palette. Never again will builders be forced to experience the struggle of trying to create an 8 sided roof.
